DigiRehab is a unique digital exercise tool aimed at elderly citizens with homecare assistance. The intelligent and personally based exercise programmes increase the citizens’ self-reliance and reduce their need for homecare.
The number of elderly people with need for homecare is increasing rapidly worldwide, putting pressure on resources for homecare providers everywhere. It is common sense to help as many elderly citizens as possible to become more self-reliant and independent. DigiRehab does just that by providing an assisted living technology with qualified physical rehabilitation at a very low cost.
DigiRehab is a unique tool made for digital assisted training aimed at elderly people with a need for assistance at home. DigiRehab’s three functions are driven by the use of big data and artificial intelligence. Together they provide cost-effective rehabilitation.
Daily caregivers are able to make an objective assessment of the citizens’ physical ability and need for assistance. The screening includes measuring strength and physical function.
The tailored exercise programmes can be performed in the citizens’ own home with supervision from the caregiver and assistance from videos. 20 minutes twice a week is recommended.
DigiRehabs manageable analysis function ensures that the rehabilitation effort can be watched in real time. No elderly person is exercising in vain.
